The Egg House: An Adventure

The Egg House: An Adventure

It’s an ongoing joke with my family and close friends, yes a joke about eggs. Back in my track days when I wore my hair in a tight pony tail, I guess my head held resemblance to an egg, or it might be how I sleep curled in a ball, regardless, they call me egg. Weird, I know, but at least its not boring.

For my 19th birthday my family and I toured a NYC pop up shop, The Egg House. The quirky adorable exhibit features egg themed photo opportunities and seeing Ellis the eggs home.

A cute and quirky day that we finished with a delicious meal at a very authentic Italian restaurant called the Spaghetti Incident. I loved this cozy restaurant because while we were waiting to order I watched one of the chefs walk through the front entrance holding a basket of juicy fresh vegetables. Having fresh food is something you always hear at places but how often do you actually get to see it in places like NYC? I think its good I started 19 with a laid back and whimsical approach. What do you think?

With love,

Anna B
